Chantelle Fisher is a dedicated champion of personal and professional growth, committed to helping individuals take ownership of their success. She believes that mindset, connection, and accountability are the foundations of achievement and works to empower customer service professionals and business owners with the tools to excel.

Her journey into coaching was shaped by her experiences in goal-setting, overcoming obstacles, and building effective systems for success. With years as a customer service agent for a major insurance agency, Chantelle has firsthand insight into the industry's demands—from managing client relationships to navigating high-pressure situations and maintaining motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Chantelle’s bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, English, and Print Media Studies has honed her ability to educate, communicate, and inspire. Her expertise in teaching allows her to break down complex concepts, design engaging learning experiences, and provide practical strategies that drive meaningful change.
